The 3 step process to get coaching customers

Do you know the 3-step process for getting clients coached? It's actually fairly easy. I will share this process with you in a moment, but let me first ask you a question ...

Do you help clients hire you or make you difficult? Many coaches struggle to find clients because they make it difficult for potential clients to hire them. What eventually happens is ...

You have a lot of hours in your coaching business, learning and implementing new marketing ideas. a lot) burned.

This thing you love and are so excited to become something you think about giving up! But, it's not your fault. You see, most coaches are told all the wrong things to do to get customers. Let me shed light on the three-step process for getting customers.

THE CLIENTS WHO ENGAGE YOU FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1) They heard about you and what you do.
2) They have an example of a coaching session with you.
3) They give you their credit card information. (or write you a check).


It was not so simple! But let me develop a little further on each of these topics.

-> 1) They heard about you and what you do. There are some basic principles ... In fact, I spend more than 30 hours teaching all the things you can do to get people "to hear about you and what you do" in my Executive Circle program. http: //www.KickStartYourCoaching. com

People can hear and submit, or submit online. Or, from presentations that you make (in person or via tele-classes), or networking events, or people can be presented to you by a strategic alliance partner. These are all parts of the marketing puzzle and most of these activities will be designed to take them to the next stage ...

-> 2) They have an example of coaching sessions with you. Most coaches spend 90% of their energy on Stage 1, learning the ins and outs, creating materials, participating in networking activities, and so on. And when someone asks for a sample, they blow it up!

Spend 95% of your sample session by asking your potential customers what they want, why they want it, what does not work, why it does not work, and the impact of these challenges on them. This is the key to take them to the next step ...

-> 3) They give you their credit card information. (or write you a check). If you are not already there, settle down with a way to accept credit cards. It's also great to coach financially on the ground. If people give you money first, they will do their part to make them better "absorb value," rather than coaching, and then decide if it's worth it. And with credit cards, people can pay in advance 6 months of coaching (instead of one month to the next). It's always fun to have a few thousand dollars at a time (and customers love to be incentivized to do it).

Bottom Line: Let your coaching company follow this three-step process, and you will let customers know what to do. This leads to more sample sessions and more clients !!
