If you are a marketer online you will find many people that will sell you information, typically in the form of an e-book. Once you purchase these e-books they are yours and you can do what you want to do with them. E-books are a great source of information.
When you search online for some products what do you do?
- go straight to eBay
- ask a friend
- search major search engine for certain product
- call major retail store
You more than likely go to your favorite search engine and type in what you are looking for and then you will typically go to the first listing in the search results. The million dollar question is how you get your listing on the top of the search engine. If you look at statistics you will find that a majority of the people will not go to page three, so that means if there are 100 million competing pages for a certain search term, and you are on page three, you will probably not be seen by the searcher.
What can you do to get your page to the top of the search term you are focused on?
Search for the certain keyword that you want to get to the top of and do your homework. That means you will need to see how many times that a term is searched each month and how many competing pages that you are going up against. If you are trying to get to the top of a term that has 500 million competing pages and 5 million monthly searches then that is good, but you will have a much harder time getting to the top. Now you can do it with persistence, consistence, and great content.
How can mentoring help the newbie?
If you are a "newbie" then you probably have learned the hard way online. People will take your money and you will never see them again. Now that is terrible. Wouldn't you like to find someone that will mentor, train, be a friend, and work with you and your up and coming team? Yes, you probably say "I do not have a team", not yet, but if you work online and decide to sell dropship products, e-books on eBay or Craigslist, or any other portal you will end up with at team. The idea is to capture an audience and as you capture their information you will be able to contact them on a daily basis.
In conclusion if you are an Entrepreneur already working online then you probably know that it is very important to capture clients in certain niche markets that you are focused on.
